Jeff Miller Performance – free!

November 11, 2009

Just returning from L. A. and an East Coast blitz, Jeff will again take a chance with our little place in Ashland City, Friday nite, Nov. 20th at 7:30.

Maybe he knows how much we love to see his live shows.  Jeff sings his truly original songs while playing his acoustic guitar and using a loop pedal to record himself playing the different parts a band would play ( and just whatever quirky or simple melodic sounds this artist likes).   We get to experience the layers all coming together – all delightfully fresh.  Like the master he truly is, his creations look effortlessly simple.

Come enjoy Jeff with us  – - and don’t forget to come early and get something else fresh – Vuocolo’s Pizza and salad for dinner.  They will be serving until 9pm.

(AND when you click on home (www.anewthing.biz), click on the picture of the outside of our place, and see the walk through the store, you hear (and, at the end, see) Jeff playing one night in our place a couple of years ago.)

October 8, 2009

Come by for LUNCH (at our pizzeria) or browse the books & gifts and hear Robert play his classical flamenco guitar.

Stay for supper (or come back in the night) to hear Lynn (yes, my husband!) and Ted Thompson trade songs – they are both great guitarists.  And I think Ted’s wife, Debra,  may sing a few tunes with him.  You can eat, browse books, find that special gift or card you need, sit and stare at these musicians, or sit and visit with your friends as they play – just come out for a very enjoyable evening.
